Why no refunds?

Once you have access to the bundle, the files can be downloaded, copied and reused indefinitely. Like other digital-goods sellers, we cannot "undeliver" the product after access has been granted.

When you may be eligible

• Duplicate payment — the same order was charged twice due to a payment-gateway error.
• Failed delivery — we were unable to deliver the download link within 24 hours of successful payment.
• Corrupt files — downloaded files are unusable and our team cannot replace them within 48 hours.

How to request

Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue (and screenshots if relevant).

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
