By accessing or using JewelleyCad (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Account

• You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including payments made.

3. License granted

When you purchase a bundle, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide commercial license to use the CAD files for producing physical jewellery and for related marketing material.

You may not

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the raw CAD/STL files.
• Upload to public marketplaces, NFT platforms or stock-3D sites.
• Claim authorship of the underlying CAD designs.

4. Payments

Prices in INR. Payments processed by Razorpay. Bundles available immediately on confirmation.

5. Refunds

Digital goods are non-refundable except in the limited cases in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, brand marks and software remain the property of JewelleyCad.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping, no bulk download automation, no attempts to bypass paywalls. Violations may result in account termination without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle in question in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
